I call BKTickler into my office because his performance at work is unacceptable. He's been caught on his phone during business hours several times, and the previous punishments didn't work, so, I'm going to reassign you to the position of Foot Smelling Sub. Get on your knees and crawl under the desk for your first training.
I instruct him to smell the stinky away from my feet. I'm strict, and dominant the entire time.
Eventually I tire of having to hold my feet up and make him lay on his back to be my foot stool.
