Your secretary was not performing up to par, and her feet fresh from flats always stink up the office, so you've cuffed her ankles, duct tape her mouth, tie her wrists behind her back, and, as an extra surprise, you've tied her big toes together, then put her flats back on.
She struggles to get the flats off to figure out why they fit so tight, but when she realizes her toes are tied together, and her feet stink, she tries to put them back on. Of course, it's not working all tied up! But it's fun to watch her struggle, not only with the restraints, but with the smell of her stinky feet!
