You come in and start watching me do my toe pointing yoga exercises. I giggle and say "Tickle my feet" But when I turn over to do a different toe point stretch, I notice the ketchup stains on your shirt... You're unhealthy lifestyle has to change! You need to join me exercising and eat healthy or else I'm going to tickle you... I'm gonna tickle your feet. Sorry! I have to tickle your feet. I'll tickle the fat off your body. You laugh and run when I tickle you, so that's what I'll do. Or, you could make the changes yourself, and (I scrunch my soles in your face) you can play with my feet tickle my feet suck my toes tickle my feet.
I Go from toe pointing exercises and my soles in your face encouraging the healthy choices, or else....
