Today you're going a sexual exercise. I'll be wearing lots of toe rings with my wrinkled soles close to the camera while you are STANDING. I know it's tough to remain standing while you're very turned on, but this will make you stronger. I want you to practice pelvic floor exercises by tilting your pelvic forward and pushing all your sexual energy into your dick. This practice will help you achieve a hands free orgasm. In fact I'll allow you to lay or sit (whatever makes you most comfortable) and practice having a hands free orgasm. You'll push your pelvis forward and hump the air while imagining all the things you want to do to my wrinkled soles plump toes and feet. IF you are able to achieve that no hands orgasm, GREAT! If not, you must stand back up to jerk. This exercise will help you grow stronger. And of course, I want you to practice this many times.
