So you start off with both of you walking into frame and sitting down as if you just finished a tour of the house. You ask Liv what she thinks of the house. She tells you she loves it. Beautiful, spacious, cozy. However, she's heard that you offer special discounts on upgrades. She knows you have a thing for tickling gorgeous feet. So she removes her shoe and places her leg on your lap like the first gif shows. You stare at her foot and get tongue tied.

Maleka UM WELLL 

Liv- COME ON LET'S HEAR ABOUT THOSE UPGRADES (Slowly flex your toes while foot is on Maleka's lap)

You give in and begin to tickle her foot while offering discounts on upgrades. Central air, ceiling fans, marble floors, pool, jacuzzi, etc. Whatever you wanna add. Liv giggles and her leg goes crazy like the model in the gif while your tickling her foot. Then as you go through the different upgrades you can do a combination of caressing, rubbing her sole, and then tickling the heck out of her sole making her leg and foot move frantically. 

The last 2 or 3 minutes you take a break. Liv loves your discounts but she wants to talk percentages. You offer Liv 10% on all upgrades. Liv rubs her foot on your leg and tells you that you can do better than that. She says 25%. You slowly put her foot in an arm lock like the gifs show and aggressively tickle her foot and tell her 15% is your final offer and playfully ask her if we have a deal. You won't stop tickling until she agrees.

Maleka- (playful voice) TELL ME. DO WE HAVE A DEAL? HUH? DO WE HAVE A DEAL?

Liv laughs while telling you to WAIT WAIT WAIT You stop tickling but you keep those nails close to her sole just like the second gif. Liv is trying to catch her breath from laughing and hasn't answered you yet. So you give her foot a little scratch just like the second gif to hurry her up. Eventually Liv says 20%. So you aggressively tickle her foot again and playfully scold her for playing hardball. You guys go back and forth with percentages until Liv sweetens the deal. If you agree to her percentage she will let you come over and tickle her feet whenever you like. You think about it for a second and tell her she has a deal and continue to tickle the crap out of her foot while laughing to end the video.
