SCENE 1- So we start off with full view and the model in position on her stomach with soles on the edge of the couch as you walk in, introduce yourself and sit in a chair next to her soles. To give her body position some context, she tells you that the nurse asked her to be in this position for your examination. You tell her that, yes, this position is more comfortable for the patient and allows you easy access to the soles.
So she mentions that she's a ballerina/dancer and lately has be experiencing pain when she points her toes. You tell her not to fear. You're an expert at dealing with sole/arch discomfort and you'll have her pointing her toes in no time.
You begin to feel around the soles WITH YOUR NAILS to check for pain and soreness. She giggles as she has very TICKLISH FEET and you tease her with TICKLISH FEET talk. Even though she's ticklish she doesn't start curling her toes just yet. Keep tickling for a minute or so and then let her gradually start curling her toes. After she curls her toes you continue to tickle her soles and have the foot model curl her toes just like you see in the last gif with her left foot. I'd love to see this toe curling on both feet while you tickle them with your long red nails. She tells you her soles are feeling better but still have a little discomfort on her left foot.
SCENE 2- 3 minutes with close up view. You now zoom in and give her left foot (instep foot) more tickling using your 2 finger tickle technique and index finger scratching. Eventually the foot model curls her toes without any discomfort but since you love to tickle, you tell her more tickling is needed to be sure the soreness is completely gone.
SCENE3- The last minute (full view) you can have her turn on her back and point her toes to check for pain. She is relieved to be able to toe point again without discomfort and thanks you for a job well done
