10. Fifth, gently tickle up an down the bare sole of her left foot with her index and middle fingers “Let your fingers do the walking!†LOL Repeat on the right foot.
11. Sixth, she will gentle tickle the arch of your left bare foot, holding her hand still while her finger tickles up and down. She will then repeat on the right foot. Oh! This is my favorite! It is a very ticklish part of the foot and I love the facial expression during this!
12. Seventh, slowly write the word “tickle†down the bare sole of her left foot, using your fingernail. Please repeat on the right foot.
13. Eighth, using all of the fingers on your hand, gently tickle the her soles using all of your fingers. Repeat of the right foot.
14. Last and this one may take us up to the five-minute mark I would like to gently poke fingernail tip into the bare sole of your left foot. Up and down the sole, all over the arch, from heel to toes. Just gentle tickly poking and releasing her fingernail into your flesh. She will then repeat on the right foot.
