she'd be the body of the viewer in the video, so camera would see her hands tickling your feet and later on in the clip you getting payback on her feet but all while you are in the camera view. 

You are scarletts friends very attractive girlfriend and you come into scene onto the couch where she is sitting, you greet her and ask if you can put your feet up in her lap because your just so tired from your day, and you place your white socked feet in her lap. [Camera is on you but from scarlett's POV whole time, some most of the time on seeing all of you; her hands on your feet and entire body reactions in same view point, some of the time seeing your feet as she looks down at them while tickling them

 then she starts to gently tickle your socked feet which are one ankle crossed over the other in her lap. Your reaction is very ticklish and you playfully complain about how not fair she is being, claiming your so tired you can't even move. Saying things like, "you wouldn't dare tickle me would you? I'm so ticklish and vulnerable..." She tickles your socked feet more and more as you laugh and giggle helplessly for a while [crossed ankle foot tickling is my favorite position but you don't have to hold that one position the entire time, feel free to squirm and wiggle and shift your feet position any which way you like]

After some time she starts to tickle your socks off, literally, partially revealing your bare feet a little at a time, while tickling the increasingly bare foot one at a time until she has entirely tickled your sock off and then tickles your bare feet, paying special focus on your arches, as that is my all time favorite spot to tickle. [camera POV sees her hands as the view performing the tickling and views you primarily as your tickled] The overtone and energy being flirty-friendly as scarlett has had a crush on you for years and is jealous of her friemd getting to date you. At the half way point, you'd finally convince her to give you a breather and while your giggles start to subside, you get a devious gleam in your expression and say, " I have a question, are YOU ticklish!?!" [POV remains the same and shakes camera left and right in a 'no no no' fashion]

rest of the video is shot from scarlett's POV still, as you pull her feet up into your lap and you do the exact same treatment to her. You tickle her socked feet for a few minutes, then tickle off her socks as well all, while tickle taunting and teasing her as only you could. Her laughter and giggles all the while, as she is exceedingly ticklish responses and even more-so because her crush is tickling her back! You discover as well that her arches are the most ticklish spot ever and tickle there the most and tickle teaser her further, until at the very end you wrap up the video kinda flirty and say something like, "well, that was FUN! maybe next time, I'll let you and David tickle me"
