Scene 1- A concerned caller asks for your assistance in tracking down a mysteriousmonster. You tell her that you're retired and no longer accepting inquiries. He's a ticklemonster that scours the neighborhood using scare tacticts in order to take liberties with women's ticklish feet. Intrigued by these accusations you agree to look into it.

Second scene- You reach out and remove his mask and just as you suspected he's nothing more than "a scrawny cowardous foot freak/with a fetish for tickly feet."  

 While investigating his case you learn that his worst fear is being bound and tickled on his extremely ticklish feet. You've read about his countless trips to the psych ward, unethical treatments, being bound, tickled and teased. That explains his behavior. However, his actions come with consequences. You show him your nails and tell him that his feet will pay price. 

You wiggle your index finger at him and say "Ticklish?" to tease him. Just hearing the word sends shivers down his spine. You tease him again by tickling at him and say "Tickle? No don't tickle? You're such a wimp. I haven't done anything yet. Jeez."

He begs you to let him go but you will show no mercy.

"Making you wiggle and weap/while I tickle these feet."

You begin to tickle feet while teasing him with phrases, "Tickly feet?Tickly tickly feet" and "Ticklish ticklish? Ticklish ticklish ticklish? Your long nails tickling his soles is too much for him to handle.

"No? Not the soles? Well I suppose I'll tickle those toes."

He begs for you to just turn him in. He'd rather do jail time. Anything to make you stop.

While tickling his soles and toes, he screams for help. Yet, you notice a bulge in his pants. You stop tickling for a second and act surprised.

"Is Velma giving you a stiffy? Oh yes I think you like it. You want me to tickle? You want more? I think you do. Coochie Coochie. Hehehee."

Then tickle his feet again while making him beg for more.

"Say tickle me....Please please tickle me"

"Say tickle my feet...Say it!!!...Say tickle my feet. Please Velma please. Tickle my feet. Say it"

"Such a treat/to tickle these feet."

Finally, the tickling is taking it's toll on him as he's shaking and trembling uncontrollably. You calm him down by teasing him with your feet. take off the orange stocking You make a deal with him. If he can get himself free from his restraints "I'll let you Tickle my feet" But he's got 30 seconds to get free. Then flex your toes to the camera while teasing him to tickle.

"Hurry so you can tickle me Don't you wanna tickle? Come on. You can do it..Tickle me..Hurry up so you can tickle meeee."

Before the 30 seconds is up you notice him trembling uncontrollably and foaming at the mouth. Oh boy. Maybe you went to far. Better call the councelor.

Scene 3. Very short- The infamous "Unethical Councelor.

"Well well well. We meet again. (Sit and cross your legs and dangle your heel) Did you miss me? No? Well I missed you. My little ticklemonster."

You tell him that this is all your fault. You discharged him too soon. Clearly he wasn't ready to return to society. So now, it looks like he'll have to start "All over again
